  • Supervise all outlet activity, baker, cashier and kitchen operational.
  • Understand roles of baker, cashier & kitchen operational from the preparation process, baking product and selling standards to consumer (hygiene factors).
  • Understanding and upgrading when necessary all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
  • Ensure that all outlet products are consistently prepared and served according to the standard operation procedure, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
  • Coordinating with Research & Development department for training for new product.
  • Coordinating with Head Office closely for updated calendar of promotion.
  • Preparing training for new product and product standardization.
  • Achieve company objectives in Sales, Service, Quality, Appearance of the Facility and Sanitation and
  • Cleanliness through training of employees and creating a POSITIVE & PRODUCTIVE working environment
  • Control Cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations. And continually strive to develop and motivate staffs in all areas
  • Education in Food & Beverage Services Management or Hospitality/ Tourism/Hotel Management
  • Minimum 2 or 3 years. of experience in managing all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Highly committed, creative, innovative, energetic, and most importantly POSITIVE attitude
  • Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST
  • Focus on guest experience and excellence customer service oriented
  • Having an eye for details, outgoing and assertive personality
  • Must be a highly committed individual
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
